• Public research, Cooperative, NGO > 350 €
• Students > 200 €

After Feb 29, 2024

• Private companies, Corporates > 600 €
• Public research, Cooperative, NGO > 450 €
• Students > 250 €

*Registration fees include :  

• Access to all plenary talks
• Access to poster sessions
• Coffee breaks, lunches,
• Book of abstract

2/ Registration to side events

• Social dinner > 50 €
• Vanilla Tour > 40 €

NB : After March 31, 2024, registration for side events will be subject to availability.

3/ Guidelines for registering and paying your participation

Please note that it is mandatory for anyone wishing to attend the conference to follow the following procedure to be registered as a participant to the conference (and thus be listed in the list of participants, mailing list, etc).

• All participants should create an account on the managing platform sciencesconf.org to register. This account is mandatory for authors who wish to submit an abstract for the conference.

• The Registration page will link to a secure payment site online : www.alphavisa.com. You will have to registeer on this site also. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or purchase order (for French entities)

• Congress participants can also register accompanying persons who wish to attend only the side events (Social dinner and Vanilla tour).
  

 Please contact the conference organizers in case you have questions or difficulties regarding your registration. Note that all presenters of talks, including symposium talks, or posters need to register to appear in the conference program. 

Proceed with Registration and Payment

Reimbursement

Reimbursement of registration fees as well as the social diner and Vanilla Tour expanse will be possible for requests done until 29th February 2024. To validate this request, please send us for the request of reimbursement an official letter signed, mentionning the amount paid and way of payment, the reasons for cancellation (medical, else). Please add a copy of bank details (IBAN or RIB in France) for the reimbursement.
