Posters instructions

Printed posters should be A0 size, portrait orientation.
A0 size (Height x Width): 1189 x 841 mm [46.8 x 33.1 in].

Posters should include a photography of presenting author, as well as the IVC5 logo which can be downloaded from the menu “Download IVC5 logo” or via this direct links:

Presenting authors should print their physical poster based on the requirements listed in the present section. IVC5 does not print posters on behalf of presenters. Facilities for printing are NOT AVAILABLE at the conference site.

An oral flash presentation (3 minutes) of posters will also be made at the end of the first day, please prepare 1 slide in pdf format summarizing your poster for this purpose (to be sent by email on the monday to ivc5-submission@cirad.fr).
Presenting authors are required to be next to the poster during poster sessions
Posters should be installed during the first day (welcome and registration on Monday 3rd June afternoon, or at the latest Tuesday morning) 

BEST POSTER AWARDS: 2 best poster awards will be given (during closing ceremony on thursday afternoon)

Oral presentation instructions

Talks should last no longer than 20 minutes. They will be followed by 5 minutes questions. 

The presentations must be provided before each session (to be sent by email the evening before to ivc5-submission@cirad.fr) as a pdf file (preferred as more reliable) or a MS-Powerpoint file
